Regina concentrates her practice on real property law, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, land development and environmental law. Her work involves representation of clients in a broad spectrum of forums, including local planning and zoning boards, administrative agencies such as the NH Wetlands Bureau, appellate councils of the Department of Environmental Services and court. Although a large portion of her client base is from the Lakes Region area, she has represented clients throughout the state on wetlands and shorefront development issues. She is currently the head of the firm’s real estate practice group.
A lifelong resident of New Hampshire, Regina currently resides in New Hampton. In 1983 she was awarded a B.A. degree from Chaminade University of Honolulu for her studies in biological science. She received her master of studies in environmental law (magna cum laude) and juris doctorate (cum laude) from Vermont Law School in 1993, and was admitted to the N.H. Bar and US District Court, District of N.H. that same year. Regina operated her own practice in Meredith, New Hampshire prior to joining this firm in 1996. She became a partner in 2002. As head of the firm’s real estate group, Regina oversees the activities of the abstracting, loan processing, and closing staff.
Regina’s professional memberships include the Belknap County Bar Association, the N.H. Bar Association and the N.H. Title Association. She has also served on several boards of charitable organizations including the Lakes Region Conservation Trust, the Interlakes Scholarship Foundation, Meredith Public Health Nursing Association and the Laconia Area Community Land Trust.
