Vincent A. Antoniello is a Member with Resnick Law Group, a New Jersey and New York employment law firm. He began practicing law in 2000 and has nearly two decades of experience as an employment lawyer. He concentrates in representing employees in all aspects of employment law, including claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation and whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, breach of employment contract, severance issues, WARN Act, wage and hour disputes, and family and medical leave issues. Prior to joining Resnick Law Group, Vincent practiced employment law at Lowenstein Sandler PC, representing businesses and management in employment law litigation and counseling matters. Having practiced employment law from the employer-side, Vincent now leverages that invaluable experience to benefit his employee clients.
In addition to being a strong advocate for his clients, Vincent serves as a court-appointed and privately-selected mediator for employment and other disputes. Again, his significant experience in both sides of employment law provides a background that is particularly helpful.
Vincent has been repeatedly selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine, and maintains a 5-star client rating on Avvo, where dozens of his clients have shared their reviews of working with Vincent. He has also been recognized for his commitment to pro bono legal services with an Outstanding Volunteer Lawyer Award issued by Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, several annual Pro Bono Awards issued by Lowenstein Sandler PC, and a Certificate of Appreciation issued by Essex County Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children.
Vincent is an oft-published author on employment law issues, and contributes to a legal blog as a resource for the public. He is a member of the Essex County Bar Association (for which he previously served as Young Lawyer Trustee) and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and is a former member of the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
Vincent graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1997, and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2000. He is licensed to practice law in the federal and state courts of New Jersey. He has lived in New Jersey for virtually his entire life and is especially proud of his experience serving as a volunteer wish-grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
