Christopher M. Moody is a founder of the employment and labor law firm of Moody & Stanford, P.C. He has been practicing employment and labor law since 1983 and represents management in labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice cases, representation proceedings and grievance arbitrations. He represents both employers and employees with serious claims in employment discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour litigation, including class and collective actions involving the claims of large numbers of employers.
Moody & Stanford was co-class counsel to a class of over 2,800 women stock brokers in a ground-breaking nation-wide gender discrimination class action that settled in 2007 for over $46 million plus wide-ranging injunctive relief designed to level the playing field for women employees. Moody and Stanford was co-class counsel for a large gender discrimination class that was resolved in 2011 for $32 million as well as injunctive relief.
