Corinne L. Holt graduated from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2004. She received a Master’s degree in Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of New Mexico Robert O. Anderson School of Management in 2008 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2011.
While attending law school, Corinne was elected Student Bar Association President, served as a member of the Supreme Court of New Mexico’s Code of Professional Conduct Committee, and was the University of New Mexico School of Law’s student liaison to the Young Lawyers Division of the New Mexico State Bar.
Upon graduation, she was recognized by the law school faculty for outstanding contributions to the law school community and received honors for her work in the law school’s nationally ranked clinical law program. Following law school, Ms. Holt worked for several years at one of the top defense law firms in New Mexico, focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, construction defects, and employment law.
In 2016, just after receiving the defense bar’s 2016 “Young Lawyer of the Year Award,” Corinne was struck by a transformative bolt of insight. In 2017, she transitioned to plaintiff’s work and joined Will Ferguson & Associates. Her practice is focused on catastrophic injury cases.
Ms. Holt’s husband, Daniel, is a motion picture explosives and special effects expert who works in the New Mexico film industry. Daniel and Corinne have a beautiful young daughter who keeps them busy.
