In the next 10, he tried 15 high-stakes cases and was partner in Jackson Lewis and Holland & Hart, two world’s largest law firms. Among Fortune Companies, three Top 10 and 40 of the 500 chose his counsel, including three “Big Oil” Supermajors for 8 years, 15 cases, an EEOC discrimination class action, and ERISA defense of a $75 million Benefits Trust.
