For Chris Liuzza, all endeavors require a strategy. From the chessboard to the courtroom, Chris is passionate about finding a way to get the best result possible, while minimizing risk and maximizing efficiency. His experience in practice has taught him that the best results come to an attorney who values preparation and planning, rather than merely relying on talent and luck.

Prior to passing the bar, Chris attended Tulane University Law School and earned his Juris Doctor with honors and a Certificate in Maritime Law in 2012. While in Law School, he served as an intern for Justice Greg Guidry of the Louisiana Supreme Court and extern for the Hon. Susan Chehardy on the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal.
He also was involved in a year-long internship with the Port of New Orleans. Chris's practice areas have included personal injury, property damage claims, criminal/traffic offenses, maritime disputes involving collisions, allisions, and charter party disputes, Longshore compensation claims, estate planning, and small business formation and assistance. Chris’s pro bono work includes assisting clients at Common Ground Relief Legal Clinic, a lower ninth ward organization designed to help indigent residents with a variety of services. His passions include playing music, travel, studying the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and reading anything he can get his hands on.
