JONATHAN C. MESSINA is an attorney at The Health Law Partners, P.C. Mr. Messina practices in all areas of health care law and concentrates his practice on health care litigation, regulatory matters and transactional matters. He also is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution and has obtained many favorable settlements for his clients. Prior to joining The Health Law Partners, P.C., Mr. Messina's practice focused on commercial litigation.
His experience includes representing litigants in claims arising from torts, 42 U.S.C. 1983 Constitutional claims, property damage, personal injury, estates and contracts. Jonathan obtained an undergraduate degree from Adelphi University, and law degree from Hofstra Law School in 2011, graduating magna cum laude in the Top 1% of his class. Jonathan also held a position as an Associate Editor on the Hofstra Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the courts of New York State, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern District and Southern District of New York.
