Devon Senges is a bilingual attorney whose practice primarily focuses on complex immigration matters. Devon values the personal connection she builds with each individual who seeks her services. She will compassionately and competently collaborate with you and your family to steer you safely through each step in your immigration process.
Devon has extensive experience in family petitions, humanitarian relief, and deportation defense. Before coming to Dummit Fradin, Devon worked for non-profits in the community such as Church World Services, Elon’s Humanitarian Immigration Clinic, and the D.E.A.R. Foundation to provide immigration legal services to individuals across North Carolina. She also clerked for the immigration court in Charlotte, North Carolina at the Executive Office for Immigration Review. Devon has collaborated with immigration attorneys across the state to provide the best service possible to her clients.
Devon received her juris doctor degree from Elon University School of Law and her undergraduate degree in history and Spanish from the University of South Carolina. In law school, Devon was an active member of the Moot Court Board and Council for Christ. She also served on the Pro Bono Board.
In her free time, Devon loves running, hiking, and cheering for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
