Attorney
Fargo, North Dakota, 58103
David has been representing injured persons and their families since 1979 in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has represented clients involving wrongful death and serious personal injuries. David has tried personal injuries cases and declaratory judgments actions in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Plus he has mediated, arbitrated or settled hundreds of claims. David believes that injured persons should have the right to see an experienced personal injury attorney for free to have their rights explained to them. Even people with “small claims” should consult an attorney because all serious injuries are not apparent on the day of the accident.
David grew up in northeastern Wisconsin. David married Gayle Froelich in 1977. Gayle is originally from Selfridge, North Dakota. David and Gayle have two adult sons, Timothy and Christopher. When not practicing law, David enjoys windsurfing, bicycling, canoeing, camping, hunting, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, sports and making firewood. David’s idea of a perfect vacation is a week of camping in Quetico Provincial Park in Ontario pursuing tasty lake trout.
