Lisa Fiance is a California family law attorney, estate planning attorney, and a mediator with specialized formal training. She is the owner of Epiphany Legal, a solo law firm that provides personalized service and exceptional communication.
Lisa graduated from Chapman University School of Law with an emphasis in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. Credentialed as a mediator for more than 12 years, Lisa has helped negotiate collective bargaining agreements, facilitated divorces, and mediated settlements for a variety of civil, business, and family disputes. She is available as a private mediator and as a civil mediator for the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel.
Prior to embarking on her legal career, Lisa graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors of Science in mechanical engineering. She spent fifteen years working in the gas and electric utility industry, breaking glass ceilings in her journey from being a field engineer to managing large organizations (250+ employees) and coordinating multi-million dollar budgets. Lisa left the utility industry to obtain her law degree and open her own firm.
Lisa now specializes in divorce mediation, family law, estate planning, and civil mediation. She is a member of the Orange County, San Diego County, and North County Bar Associations. Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and loves being an attorney / mediator most when she can help clients and their families avoid the tremendous stress and costs associated with litigation.
