Hannah Carroll-Altman fights for the rights and liberty of individuals accused by the government. Her primary practice area is criminal defense, and she focuses on sex crimes, interstate drug stops and drug crimes, DUI/DWI, and criminal appeals. Hannah practices criminal defense at both the state and federal levels.
Hannah earned her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and earned her LL.M. (Master of Laws) from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She focused her studies on criminal law and trial advocacy. Prior to joining the firm out of law school, she worked as a senior certified law clerk for both a private firm in Lincoln and for the Nebraska Commission on Public Advocacy – a government organization which provides legal representation to indigent defendants charged with first degree murder and serious violent and drug-related felonies.
Hannah received the prestigious CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Trial Advocacy, and has experience arguing in the Nebraska Court of Appeals. When she is not focusing on her legal career, Hannah enjoys traveling and scuba diving. She has over 60 logged dives and is a Certified Rescue Diver and a Certified Night Diver. Hannah is originally from Kearney, Nebraska.
