During this time, he managed a caseload comprised of misdemeanor, felony, and post-conviction cases. This position afforded him the opportunity gain extensive courtroom and litigation experience. As an associate attorney, Dan is privileged to represent the firm’s clients in a variety of elder & dependent abuse, professional liability, and healthcare law matters.
