After law school, I moved back to my hometown of Carlisle, Kentucky. While living in there, I became deeply saddened watching my friends and neighbors struggle with the financial difficulties following the Jockey Inc., plant closing. People who had never dealt this trouble like these were overwhelmed. It was more than I could bear and I knew then that I had to find a good way to help people like these. That experience moved me to become a bankruptcy lawyer so that I could help good people who, through no fault of their own, were in need of serious help. Because of this experience, when you are my client, rest assured that your matter is personal to me, too.

My experience in the law also encompasses Social Security Administration issues, bankruptcy and consumer protection. I am proud to have worked with hundreds of clients facing all types of legal problems. I am very familiar with personal injury (car wrecks, slip & falls, dog bites) along with representing those facing a divorce or charged with criminal offenses.
