He concentrates the practice on immigration and naturalization, as well as family law. David has successfully filed thousands of family-based immigration petitions for permanent residence, political asylum, as well as citizenship. In his years of experience, David has defended hundreds of immigrants going through the stress of deportation proceedings. David has represented immigrants from over 83 countries from around the world and was selected by the Rhode Island Bar Association as its first chairperson on its Committee on Immigration.

David received his early legal training and education in the Rhode Island Family Court and was recognized by the Chief Judge of the Rhode Island Family Court and the Rhode Island Supreme Court as an outstanding practitioner in the field of domestic relations and was appointed as a Lecturer to the Rhode Island Supreme Court Clerkship program.
