Aurelius Robleto is the firm’s founder and managing partner. Aure’s practice is concentrated in complex litigation, bankruptcy and other insolvency matters. He has represented hundreds of debtors, creditors and other interested parties to bankruptcy cases and non-bankruptcy debt workout matters.

Aure is an active fixture in the Pittsburgh bankruptcy community. In support of his commitment to elevating the quality of legal services in bankruptcy matters, Aure often provides guidance to other lawyers regarding bankruptcy issues and is a frequent presenter of continuing legal education programs. He has served as the Public Relations Chair of the Judith K. Fitzgerald Western Pennsylvania Bankruptcy American Inn of Court and is presently on the Council of the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section.

Aure is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, all West Virginia state courts, the United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of West Virginia and the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States Tax Court as well as the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Aure is a proud graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he received four awards for his academic performance. Aure has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a minor in Computer Science from Saint Vincent College. Throughout law school, Aure worked full time as a senior computer technician for UPS, serving as a leader to approximately 25 other techs.

In his free time, Aure enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, running and bicycling. He enjoys reading and donates considerable time to pro bono causes.
