Attorney Arja Shah is an east coast transplant, originally born and raised in East Amherst, NY. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI. After her graduation, Arja spent her first two years in the legal field working for a well respected criminal defense firm in Washington DC., learning what makes a top-rated defense attorney early in her career.

In 2007, she graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego and began working in the Vehicular Crimes Unit for a large criminal defense law firm. While working there, she spent 7 years defending clients facing serious charges. These cases included charges such as DUI, Extreme DUI, Vehicular Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault.

Over the years, Arja has gained extensive experience by practicing in numerous courts throughout Courts in Arizona. She has also taught classes and seminars to her fellow criminal defense attorney peers at yearly Defense Attorney conferences in Arizona.

As of 2020, attorney Arja Shah has successfully defended over 2,700 clients facing life-altering charges. Her successful career has earned her numbers awards and recognitions throughout the legal industry.
