He has had success at all levels of his representation of clients from acquittals in Federal and State criminal jury trials to appellate wins before the Board of Immigration Appeals, Oregon Court of Appeals and Ninth Circuit. Clients have been granted relief from deportation in the Immigration courts. In the State Circuit Courts, clients have been granted Post-Conviction Relief (PCR) from convictions that otherwise would have resulted in their deportation and then have been able to resolve their criminal cases without being subjected to new inadmissible or deportable convictions.
