Leslie Silverstein has been in private practice since 1989. She has represented numerous victims of domestic violence, and has handled many complex asylum, disability, immigration, and family law cases. Attorney Silverstein is truly dedicated to serving the needs of her clients throughout Maine. Her philosophy stems from the belief that all clients deserve personal attention, ethical treatment, and exceptional representation.
Ms. Silverstein received her BS from Tulane University and her law degree from Tulane Law School. She is a member of the Maine State Bar, United States District Court/District of Maine, and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and is the president of the Board of Directors of ILAP. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her work, including the prestigious ABA Pro Bono Publico Award for 2015.
