Andy’s legal practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions focusing in real estate closings and other real estate title matters.
Before forming RANDALL | SEGREST, he worked for Realty Advantage Title & Escrow, LLC, a real estate title company, as its closing attorney. Andy began his legal career as an associate with Daniel, Coker, Horton, & Bell, PLLC. Andy has performed training in the area of residential closings to real estate agents and other professionals in the metro Jackson area throughout his career.
He is licensed to practice in every Mississippi Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an authorized title insurance agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
