Stephan M. Brown

Stephan is dedicated to finding the best possible result for each client’s individual needs. As a Managing Attorney, he is experienced in several legal topics, with emphasis in estate planning, asset protection, taxation, bankruptcy, and business law.

As a practiced attorney, Stephan has experience representing clients in tax court. He has defended people being pursued by the IRS as well as other tax entities. He is passionate about helping clients to not only work through their financial difficulties but to also feel empowered by having an experienced attorney by their side.

Stephan was born in Sacramento and grew up nearby in Solano county. His favorite place to be is with his wife and daughter at their home in Roseville. He is an avid sports fan who proudly roots for the Giants and the Warriors, and also enjoys golfing.
