Although, Matt has an extensive history in civil litigation and real estate transaction areas, his current primary focuses are in the areas of Bankruptcy, Family Law, Divorce, Child Support and Alimony in Salt Lake City, Ogden and Provo areas. With over 400 hours of family law related trial experience he is very knowledgeable as to all family law related matters from complex business valuation cases to custody battles. He is one of the rare members of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) in Utah. He also files roughly 100 bankruptcy cases per year and has extensive experience in adversary proceedings.
