Sarah graduated Chapman Law as a JD/MBA in 2010 and was admitted to the California Bar and the Colorado Bar.
Sarah J. Nowels’ legal career has primarily focused on seeking justice for employees whose civil rights have been violated whether through settlements, jury trials, court trials and arbitrations. As a result, she has been selected as a “SuperLawyer Rising Star” in Employment Law 2016-2020.
In addition to working with employees, Sarah is also proud to educate and empower members of her community to make the decisions that are best for them and their loved ones in their life and legacy planning, management and administration.
Sarah is also very active within the Orange County legal community. Her involvement includes serving as the current Orange County Women Lawyers Association Foundation President, on the Orange County Women Lawyers (OCWLA) Board since 2012 (executive board since 2016), serving on the Orange County Trial Lawyers board in 2018, serving as the 2017 Chair for the Orange County Bar Association’s (OCBA) Legislative Resolutions Committee, serving on the 2014 and 2015 Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) Board of Directors and as the 2014 OCBA’s Young Lawyer’s Division (YLD) Chair. Sarah is also a very active member of the greater Orange County community.
