Kelli is a zealous advocate for civil rights and consumer protections. She represents employees suffering from discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour abuses. Her practice also focuses on enforcing consumer protection laws, including under Washington’s Consumer Protection Act, and representing victims who have been injured or killed as a result of another person or entity’s negligence.
She litigates in federal and state court on behalf of individual plaintiffs and class actions. Kelli holds employers and corporations accountable. Employees and everyday consumers often find themselves at a disadvantage when they are the victim of unlawful conduct by an employer or corporation—Kelli is a strong voice for victims, particularly where there is an imbalance of power as is often the case in the employment context.
She is experienced in federal, state, and municipal laws that provide protections to individuals against unlawful employer actions and consume abuses. Kelli received her B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Seattle University and J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law. During law school, she served as a law clerk extern to the Justice Charles W. Johnson at the Washington Supreme Court. She was born and raised in the greater Seattle area and loves cooking, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and son.
