Jon joined his father, Bob, and brother, Mitch, in the family law firm in May 1983 and remained with LaFleur, LaFleur & LaFleur, P.C. until 2011. In January 2011, Jon joined Zephier & LaFleur, P.C. and eventually became a full partner in the firm Zephier & LaFleur, P.C. Jon and his wife, Julie, have four children and she operates a home daycare business.
