Michael K. McKell focuses his efforts on personal injury and real estate law. He is a licensed title and escrow officer affiliated with Investors Title Insurance Agency. Michael McKell grew up in a small town in Southeastern Utah. His father came from Spanish Fork and his grandfather still lives there.
McKell graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern Utah University with a major in Political Science and then attended University of Idaho for his law degree. McKell recently was recognized as one of Utah’s Legal Elite, Top Lawyers of 2011. He is an active member of the Utah Association for Justice and participates in the American Inn of Court.
As Chairperson of the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing board he frequently reviews medical malpractice claims. McKell is an adjunct communications professor at Utah Valley University. He is an active member of Spanish Fork Kiwanis and Spanish Fork/Salem Chamber of Commerce. He is past president of the Payson Kiwanis Club. He is on the Spanish Fork/Salem Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
