Diana E. Buss is an experienced criminal defense attorney, representing clients facing misdemeanor and felony criminal charges, including probation violations, expunctions, and jail release throughout Austin, Texas, including Travis, Hays, Williamson, Caldwell, and Bastrop counties.
Licensed by the State Bar of Texas since November 2010, she graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in May of 2010.
Before that, Diana graduated from Texas State University in May of 2003 with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. For her Master's, Diana graduated from Texas State University in May of 2006 with a Master of Arts Degree in Political Science - Legal Studies.
"I have great compassion for all types of cases and people. I firmly believe that people deserve a second chance. I grew up traveling a lot. My father was in the military and is a retired Lt. Colonel from the US Air Force. We were stationed around the world and the country.
Prior to attending law school, I worked as a litigation paralegal for a prestigious intellectual property law firm in Austin, Texas. After two years working as a paralegal, I decided to take the plunge and attend law school. I have quite literally been working in the legal field since 2005.
After law school, I worked as an Associate Attorney for two different law firms handling criminal law, family law, and personal law before embarking on my solo career, which I opened in 2013.
In my spare time, I love to spend time outdoors with my family and two young boys."
