Mr. Nomaan K. Husain is the founder of Husain Law + Associates — Houston Accident & Injury Lawyers, P.C. A law firm based in Houston, Texas which focuses on Litigation | Immigration | Aviation. Mr. Husain maintains a diverse practice and has represented clients ranging from foreign governments to individual business owners. 

Mr. Husain has been involved in representing clients based abroad in countries such as France, Austria, Sweden, Kenya, Morocco, Turkey, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Pakistan, Indonesia, India, Honduras, and Cameroon. Mr. Husain is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and he is Board Certified in Personal Injury Litigation by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He currently serves as a Commissioner on President Biden’s White House Commission on Fellowships, Chairman of the Mayor’s Asian American Pacific Islander Advisory Board, Commissioner on the Harris County- Houston Sports Authority, Advisor to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Ft. County District Attorney Brian Middleton, University of Texas at Austin College of Liberal Arts. He is the past Chairman of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce and formerly served as the Chairman of the City of Houston’s Ethics Commission.  Most recently, he was recognized as a “Global Leader of Influence” by the World Affairs Council of Greater Houston and named a “Houston Legend’ by the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. His peers have also selected him as a Super Lawyer in the field of Personal Injury for the past seven (7) years. In addition, he has been inducted into the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also been recognized by the Trucking Trial Lawyers Association as a Top 10 attorney in the State of Texas, an exclusive designation reserved for the top 10 attorneys from each state that represent individuals in the American legal system regarding Trucking accidents. He has served as Chairman, President and/ or Legal Counsel to several community based organizations, such as South Asian Chamber of Commerce, Pakistan Chamber of Commerce- USA, Pakistan American Congress – Washington DC, and Houston Abu Dhabi Sister City Association. Mr. Husain is a certified Mediator and has successfully represented his clients in both State and Federal Courts. 

He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the London Court of International Arbitration. Mr. Husain is licensed to practice in Texas, New York, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia and is a licensed solicitor for England and Wales. Mr. Husain graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Political Science (1995) and South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1999). Mr. Husain was the Articles and Notes Editor of International Trade Law Journal and clerked for the Honorable Scott Link.
