Christina A. Jensen has practiced at Lisman Leckerling since 1996, and been a director since 2002. She is admitted to practice in the State of Vermont, United States District Court for the District of Vermont, and United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Chris’ practice focuses on general civil litigation, representation of common-interest communities, employment law, and civil appeals. Chris has organized, moderated, and presented seminars on various common-interest community issues, employment law topics, including at-will employment in Vermont and sexual harassment, voir dire practice in the State of Vermont, and business-related immigration issues.
Chris is a member of the Vermont and Chittenden County Bar Associations, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has served on the board of the Chittenden County Bar Association since 2002, and served on the board of managers of the Vermont Bar Association from 1996 through 1999. Chris also served on the board of the Vermont Bar Association’s Young Lawyers from 1995–1999, and as chair of the section during that time as well. In addition, she served on the board of Burlington Business and Professional Women from 1995 through 1997.
Chris graduated from Smith College and the University of Wisconsin Law School. She is an active member of the United States Eventing Association, and is bilingual, with French as her second language.
