Judith’s practice areas include environmental law, land-use and planning, employment law, and administrative and general civil litigation. She rejoined the firm in 2015, after serving years in state government first as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Vermont Agency of Transportation, and most recently, as Senior Legal Counsel for the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources. Judith has been involved in complex state and federal permitting and litigation before state and federal courts and administrative tribunals. Judith uses her experience working with state agencies to counsel and guide clients through the regulatory and litigation process. She has taught environmental law at Vermont Technical College and paralegal studies at Burlington College. Judith has presented seminars on environmental law, energy siting, and other topics for the Vermont Bar Association and other professional organizations. Judith graduated from the University of Vermont, and Vermont Law School, where she graduated cum laude, and served as Managing Editor of the Vermont Law Review.
