Kylie was born in Rutland, Vermont, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Western Legal Traditions, with a Minor in Strategic Intelligence, from Liberty University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Liberty University School of Law.
Kylie lives in Ira, Vermont. She is active in her church and enjoys working in several children's ministries. She is also involved in various nonprofit organizations in the community. Currently, she is on the advisory board for First Step Pregnancy Center in Rutland and on the Rutland Board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes. In addition to her law practice, Kylie is an Adjunct Professor for Liberty University.
