Frank Talbott, Esq. has over 30 years of experience representing injured individuals in workers compensation matters. He has represented not only injured individuals and employees, but also employers and insurance companies in hundreds of cases. Previously, he served as an acting contract hearing officer (administrative law judge) for the Department of Labor in workers’ compensation matters for six years.
Mr. Talbott is proud to represent injured employees in workers’ compensation cases at all levels before the Vermont Department of Labor, the Vermont Superior Courts and the Vermont Supreme Court. He is also qualified to act as a mediator in disputed workers’ compensation claims and is on the approved Mediator’s List of the Vermont Department of Labor.
Mr. Talbott received specific training in the science and art of mediation through Pepperdine University. Furthermore, he regularly associates with other personal injury and workers compensation firms in handling cases, so as to broaden the expertise and maximize representation for his clients.
