More About Katherine S. Charapich

"The role of an attorney is critical. We must protect the children who are not able to speak for themselves. We must protect our neighbor who has been wronged by another. We must reach out to the elderly who may be overwhelmed by a vast system of laws. We must act boldly when others may be caused to be weak, and use the protective arm of the law to guard against the trampling of individual liberties." K. Charapich Following twenty years in business, and has built a reputation for excellence within the community, Ms. Charapich provides legal assistance to those in Culpeper and the Surrounding Areas, by combining her business background with her legal degree. Her personal brand is one of respect, consistency, and trust. Ms. Charapich is also known for her kindness and generosity.

She has a special talent for working with older adults. Ms. Charapich obtained her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law in 2012, where Ms. Charapich held the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Liberty Legal Journal. Having successfully sat for the Virginia bar exam in July of 2012, Ms. Charapich is pleased to offer legal services to her clients in a discreet setting within the town of Culpeper, Virginia. Clients are assured that their case is taken very seriously, that they can expect extraordinary service.

They trust Ms. Charapich as their advocate, as someone who can guide them through tough issues, and as one who examines all the angles in order to provide the best protection for the interests of the client. Timing is usually a factor in the degree to which we can be proactive in the situations in our lives. Whether an individual or a business entity, preparation for life-altering events can help protect a client's interests.

Ms. Charapich's mature family life, business experience, community commitment, and strong faith offer a unique combination as she applies her legal acumen to the varied cases that come before her. In the area of estate planning, Ms. Charapich respects that her clients work hard for their resources and portfolios. Ms. Charapich understands that a client often wants to plan for his or her beneficiaries.

Recognizing this, she is careful to coach clients on the importance of using estate planning tools as a means to take care of needs that the client may have in the future. Ms. Charapich calls that proactive life planning. "To be good stewards of the law, it is important to constantly see the Truth, to be able to discern when falsehoods are at play, to have wisdom beyond measure. This journey is a lifetime commitment, and mediocrity is not an option." K. Charapich.
