Pamela C. Gavin’s practice focuses on Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law, as well as in general business matters. She has extensive experience in the U.S. and international trademark registration and enforcement, entertainment/music law, as well wide-ranging experience in copyright registration and enforcement, Internet, domain name and e-commerce issues, technology development and licensing, technology transfer, software and related agreements, website development, deployment, and compliance review.
Ms. Gavin began her legal career by practicing for over ten years at two “mega” firms – McGuireWoods LLP, and ReedSmith, LLP where she was a member of the Corporate and Intellectual Property practice groups of each. She was also a member of McGuireWoods’ Technology and Venture Capital team, ReedSmith’s Media and Entertainment team, and the Marketing and Advertising team.
