Livia Chaykin, Esq. is the Managing Shareholder of Chaykin Law Group, P.A., where she focuses on divorce and family law litigation.

A second-generation Florida native, Livia attended Royal Palm Beach High School in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, where she graduated at the top of her class at 16. In just three years at the University of Miami, Livia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with honors Phi Beta Kappa. Livia later received her Juris Doctorate, summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated 4th in a class of 461 graduates.

Before joining Chaykin Law Group, P.A., Livia began her practice at a large national law firm, where she handled a range of litigation matters, including commercial and civil litigation and family law matters. During law school, Livia served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Laurel M. Isicoff at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Livia also interned at the Miami Law Innocence Clinic, assisting inmates in pursuing wrongful conviction appeals.
