Charles R. “Chuck” Bailey is the Managing Member of the Charleston office of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC. He currently serves as general counsel for the Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority, which operates Yeager Airport in Charleston, and counsel to the State Credit Union.
